These Terms and Conditions apply to the referral program offered by Dale McLeod’s Agency, which is available to the general public. By participating in the program, Referrers and Referred Customers agree to be bound by these terms.
Definitions

Referrers: Individuals who refer others to the program.

Referred Customers: Individuals who have been referred.
To qualify for the $1500 grocery voucher reward, Referrers must complete the referral process by filling out the form provided on Dale McLeod’s Agency website.
Eligibility

Referrals must be legitimate and qualified.

Dale McLeod’s Agency reserves the right to review and verify each referral's eligibility. Referrers will not be rewarded if a referral is found to be invalid.

Referrers are free to submit as many referrals as they wish; however, each referral must comply with these terms and conditions to be eligible for the reward.
Program Details

Dale McLeod’s Agency may change or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice to Referrers or Referred Customers.

Privacy
By submitting a referral form, Referrers acknowledge that some personal information—both theirs and the Referred Customer's—will be transmitted to Dale McLeod’s Agency. All personal information collected, reviewed, and processed will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in line with the agency’s privacy policy.
Acceptance
By participating in the referral program, Referrers, and Referred Customers agree to these terms and conditions, as well as to Dale McLeod’s Agency privacy policy and terms of use, available on the agency’s website.
